Central Italy: Food, Wine, & History
November 8 – November 15, 2026
This experience begins in Rome and moves into the Tuscan countryside, following the relationship between food, wine, and history across central Italy.
We start in Rome, walking through neighborhoods, markets, and streets where daily life tells the story of the city. From there, we move into Tuscany, where you will have the opportunity to live and work on a biodynamic vineyard in the heart of the Siena hills.
A day in Florence unveils the Renaissance riches, with a local expert guiding us through the city’s artistic and historical layers.
This is a quieter, more immersive way of moving through Italy—designed for those who want to understand what they are experiencing, not just see it.
